Sunday Roll Call

Hi all,

I got to sleep in which is wonderful in itself.  Today we are hanging around the house, cleaning, working on the kids projects (pinewood derby in 2 weeks!).  Unfortunately I'm feeling nauseaus from the antibiotics I'm on for the cysts.  Which are getting smaller, slowly.

Watching the Hawks/Detroit game, I love when they throw down the gloves!

Hi all,
Today I am recouperating from going to a bat mitzva last night. I danced a lot and now I am sore!!!!!
I have to work 4 hours tonight 7p to 1130p and go back int he am at 8.
I am frlying to Chicago on Saturday to be with my daughter for a day. My neice is leaving for Africa and my family is having a going away party for her. She doesnt know I am comming. I cant wait to see her face when I walk in the door. I hope my daughter can get the day off after she picke me up at ohare. I want the day to play with her!!!!!
The cold spell has gone astray here now. It was cold for about a week and a half.

 Good Afternoon Christine and Illinois Friends

I am finally taking a break from facebook and coming over to say hi! Got my animals fed and my cafe restocked so now I can play.  Seems like I am always feeding hungry mouths and cooking lol.  

I slept in this morning and it felt wonderful.  Of course the cats did not think so.  Claude started picking on me at am to get up and feed him and he was not happy that I would not cooperate.    When I finally crawled out of bed I discovered we had a beautiful hoar frost.  It was so pretty with the trees covered in the white frost.  It is all gone now.  

I am being lazy today.  Sill in my pj's.  No special plans.  I am putting off groceries until tomorrow.  

I have to say, I am happy to see those who have not posted in awhile.  We miss you when you are away!  Carol, glad to hear that those cysts are going down.  That helps the pain.

We just got back from brunch with the in-laws at Granite City.  It was WONDERFUL!!!!

For the rest of the day, I think relaxing is in order.  I am finishing a book and I may just go put on some sweats, grab some decaf chicory, cover up with a blankie and read.  OR, a bubble bath.

Not sure what's up for dinner as it is hard to think abut that when I am full.

The frost on the bushes and trees was surely beautiful, and there is still a little bit hanging around out here.

It seems that I can type on my home computer forever and ever without the problems that my work computer gives me with OH.  I wonder, wonder, wonder what the problem is??????

I have been having a lot of fun working on the costumes for "The Wizard of Oz" production.  We have two casts of munchkins, with about 60 in each cast.  There are then about 20-25 older kids.  The performance is the first weekend in February.  If interested, tickets can be purchased at www.ctpytp.org.  I will probably post a separate thread also.
